Hairs Fall Control



This is the first blog I wanted to write, as an experiment to change my self-image after a long period of stress, frustration and confusion. And finally, it was successful! It will help you to realize your true beauty even if your hair loss is due to any reason. At least this blog can save you time and money. All right! Here is a blog about how hair falls and why we need to do everything possible for our hair to look beautiful again on that special day.


1. Understand the reasons behind these problems. When I began reading several articles and stories about how hair fall, I thought it was necessary to post all the information. 2. Start seeing changes in your hair. As soon as you notice your hair falling you will see what kind of problem you have. You will start realizing that sometimes you're too worried about losing that hair and sometimes you forget about the fact. You will notice changes in your hairstyle which may be the cause of your sudden hair fall. The main thing is to focus on your thoughts and thoughts will fall under each other. Now it's very easy to see the real causes behind your fallen hair. Some people are not able to handle stressful situations and they lose their hair due to a lack of understanding of the situation behind it. Such people are most often the victims of hair falls. So please go through yourself and think in detail about yourself and understand the reasons that made you lose your hair. There are so many other reasons like poor hygiene, poor diet or bad health. If you have any medical condition or any medical issue that makes you scared or you’re having this problem you may need some extra precautions to make sure no one gets hurt and don't ruin your hair fall. Go through the history of any diseases, illnesses or injuries that your body has. For example, if you spend hours at the front desk, then you better sit there. Do not just change your routine just because you have new rules, or ideas you have, that you found only online and you are proud of it. Don't let your hair fall into the sink after work or when you are tired of sitting at the front desk all day just because you aren't happy, but because you feel good being at home. You can keep your routine as much as you like, but just sit at the front desk and you won't have any issues or worries about it.


4. Why hair fall is not bad if you don't have any medical problem. In cases where you have fallen hair because of any reason and then your hair is coming out every morning at breakfast, you feel happy that you have finally done everything to fix this problem and to prevent possible future problems. Your hair will fall out, but it will stay in your arms and legs. Your hair will feel comfortable. But here comes the question of why and when the fall happens. Well, it will happen in a few minutes, weeks, months or even years, depending upon reasons. First, the fall is obvious but then the actual reason can be a lot many reasons and it is very hard to figure out what exactly is the problem. To be honest, many people don't care about what happened, because they always expect to hear such words as "It's just a simple mistake." They never had an idea why they lost their hair or why it became unmanageable. Maybe they don't have any idea what they did wrong. And these people also have a tendency of letting themselves believe that they are alone, which leads them to self-hatred.


5. How to treat hair fall.


The treatment depends upon many factors but firstly you need to know everything. To treat hair fall follow the following steps step:


1. Sit down and relax your hands. Breathe in and breathe out slowly, it makes a difference. Make sure you have enough oxygen because a low oxygen level can lead to hair fall. Take deep breaths during yoga, meditation and deep breath during meditation because high oxygen levels lead to a feeling of anxiety. That's when you will feel hopeless, depressed, confused and helpless because you can’t think of anything except to keep trying, to do everything you can and to keep praying for something, someone who is going to help you solve the problem. Try to tell a friend about it and ask for his/her help. After that, just sit in a comfortable position. Keep your eyes closed and relax and think of nothing. The best way to feel is to have something positive and think that your hair is still alive. Stay peaceful and calm and don’t overthink it. A little extra time can help you get rid of negative thoughts and just relax.


2. Drink water and apply lemon juice to your face. Lemon juice is an amazing vitamin A. As soon as you see a lemon, start thinking that maybe you must eat lemon juice because lemon juice contains lysosomal enzymes that may help you to remove excess sugar and protein from your skin. Water is a great refreshing drink because it contains lots of minerals and can help reduce anxiety and depression.


3. Get some massage oils on it and apply them to your scalp. Massaging oil is important for treating hair fall. Mix it with olive oil or coconut oil. Massage with natural ingredients that cannot harm you.


4. Apply some shampoos. Shampoo, conditioner and other products are required for treatment and improvement of your hair fall. Remember to avoid harsh and toxic shampoos. It is better to use mild shampoos with lots of antioxidants.


5. Try to cut off your ponytails. A ponytail is considered a fashion symbol nowadays. People with long hairstyles who are always trying to show some type of uniqueness and style usually try to cut them or put them in different ways, some women even try to make braided ponytails. These people usually lose their hair because of extreme pressure. Moreover, those long ponytails may be difficult to manage and so they are not suitable for everyone. If you want to look unique and stylish, try to trim your ponytails and leave only the top two inches long. Otherwise, it will become a big deal if you lose your hair in the middle of them.


6. Visit hairdressers for professional consultation. A hairstylist gives you plenty of options and helps you plan a perfect hair path for yourself. Consult their advice to choose the right haircut. The most popular haircut right now is a pixie cut or braid. If you have thin hair you may need a braid if your colour is pink in colour.


7. Help your parents and relatives. Have you ever thought about why we are so obsessed with our looks? We are jealous of your success in life. Yes, we are jealous but it's not the same as feeling inferior. Most parents are looking for the perfect son or daughter and they want to ensure you get a lot of attention and have a sense of belonging to their community. Parents should realise that they have so much power to control your hair fall. We will never forget when we were small and they asked us to tie our pigtails in different ways. Later they said that it was because it was impossible to make girls and boys wear the same hairstyles. Therefore, they decided to remove that one bit and look beautiful at once. We are doing that now and by doing it we don’t have to worry about our appearance to prove our parent's love. The solution to the problem is to respect others and to accept that they have possibilities. We can't predict what other people might be thinking about our looks and the way we look and we have to do everything possible. I didn't know what the point of this story was until I started reading it and found out all the information that will help me in the next few days.


8. Read magazines. Every magazine is telling us that hair is all superficial and should be avoided in this world. Everybody knows what they are talking about. One of the main rules to follow in all magazines is to tell yourself not to be ashamed of your hair. Follow it and be nice always. Never judge anybody, look around and notice people's faces and the way they are dressing. If you have already fallen hair and you can’t stop looking, it's time to buy professional shampoo for your hair. Always remember that there are pros and cons to every option and to have strong confidence in yourself.


9. Find out about various types of hair fall treatments and methods. Treatments for hair fall are very different, so you need to take their advice and follow their recommendations. Treatment plans vary from woman to woman, so you need to know what to expect and what you can live with.
